Q: What are your operating hours?
A: Monday - Saturday, 9am - 6pm.
   
Q: What is your labour rate?
A: €60 per hour
   
Q: Are you Insured?
A: Yes we are fully insured for public liability and defective workmanship.Our business is registered with the CRO also.
   
Q: Do you practise clean workmanship?
A: Yes, the working area will be protected from oil spillage and the location at which the car is being serviced will be left as it was found.
   
Q: Can you work on a car in any location?
A: There must be adequate room to work on and around the vehicle.We cannot obstruct traffic and if your car is at your workplace you must get your employers permission first.
   
Q: Can you reset my service lights?
A: Yes,they will be reset.
   
Q: What are OEM parts?
A: This refers to a part that is made by the same manufacturer as the genuine part you would receive from you local automotive dealer. Believe it or not most manufacturers do not manufacture and produce the parts they use to build their cars. Most carmakers use outside independent companies to help them design the parts used in your car. Carmakers then put them in their own boxes with their logos which in turn are sold to the public at a mark up price.So in fact OEM parts are of the same quality as the genuine parts.
   
Q: What brand OEM parts do you use?
A: For eg; On German cars we use manufacturers like Mahle,Mann,Textar and ATE. On Japanese cars we would use,Nippon,Denso and blueprint,including others.
   
Q: Im buying a used car,can you inspect it before I buy?
A: Yes,we carry out pre purchase inspections on site.
   
Q: Does my car have to be serviced by a main dealer to keep the warranty?
A: No,under Block Exemption rule any independant garage/mechanic can service your car as long as they follow the manufactures schedule.
   
Q: Do you charge for waste oil disposal?
A: There is a small charge incorporated into the price listed on the website so no extra charge.
   
Q: Do you provide a warranty?
A: Yes.there is a manufacturers warranty on the parts and we provide a 10K mile or 1 year labour warranty.
   
Q: What information do you need when booking?
A: We need your name,address,vehicle make and model and exact engine cc(size).
   
Q: What method of payment do you accept?
A: Due to the nature of the business we can only accept cash.Cheques can be accepted from existing customers only.
